Kiku by John Gilroy, best known for his iconic guiness adverts, a beautiful and very accomplished oriental study, perhaps unfairly labelled kitsch.
A rarer example of 1960’s kitsch art in it’s orginal frame.
Good vintage condition – Colours slightly faded than original colours and the white frame’s paint is peeling slightly
See the ‘Gilroy’ signature in bottom right hand corner (partially covered by the frame).
